Workhead

The piece is honed horizontally on drive through pressure clamp/magnetism and placed on rollers.

Automatic loader

The machine is endowed with anthropomorphous robot for loading and unloading operations directly from two motorized belts. The robot is completely programmed through our software, with intuitive screens.

Honing unit

The honing unit is completetly built by our company and, through two controlled axes, allows infinite  centreline and groove radius positions.
It is possible to change the amplitude of honing of the contact angle and the oscillation frequency according to the wokpiece to be honed.

Fast type change

The type change is supported by a simple graphical menu. It is possible to save the workpiece codes and to retrieve the previously saved codes.
The workpiece code contains all the necessary working parameters (from honing geometrical parameters until to loading/uloading data) according to the workpiece type.
